Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship orders only within the United States.

Shipping rates vary based on your location and the method selected at checkout. You’ll see the exact cost before completing your purchase.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

If your watch arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lorvaux.com. with photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier’s website.

Orders can be modified or canceled before processing. Please reach out to us immediately at support@lorvaux.com to request any changes.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

Email support@lorvaux.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the entire process.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 business days and issued to your original payment method.
